They do not go out patrolling for duplicates. It sounds to me like you might have yourself ignored a request to delete or merge your memorial usually FG is not involved. You may not like it, but deleting or merging the newer memorial is the norm.ĭeal with it in better graces. One memorial, multiple descendants: FG will not remove a valid manager because one of the other descendants is unhappy. If the memorial's manager does happen to be a relative, you are out of luck. Keep in mind, that if they are also active on FG, they may not want to and will not be required to transfer, but at least the memorial will be in family hands either way. Have your relative transfer the memorial to you. Write FG, apologize for the rants, promise courteous behavior, get your account reinstated.Ĥ. It will happen, again within 30 more days.ģ. Features were added to the site in a piecemeal fashion that makes it very difficult for us to maintain the old codebase while at the same time upgrading all the underlying infrastructure.
